ALSO because this involves a title transfer, be prepared to go with me to a local deputy DVS registrar office and transfer the title in person. (The DMV, hooray.) I work days but can accommodate reasonable requests, and there are a few that are open in the evenings.

For sale by owner is a 2005 black Honda CRV with 4WD.
I bought this in 2011 or so, I don't recall exactly. It's a 4WD, which is very nice in the Minnesota winters. I've kept up with all fluid changes, etc. Power windows, power locks, comes with two remote keyfobs with remote lock / unlock with new batteries. Interior is clean. There is a small tear in the front (cloth) seat caused by someone's pocket knife, but I've been driving it for years and it hasn't enlarged or anything.
Headlights have recently been cleaned as best I could with one of those kits from Auto Zone, and I vacuumed and cleaned up the interior. Radio works, as does the CD player, though I'll be honest, I haven't played a CD in there for years. Air conditioning and heat both work well. Battery is new in the last four years or so, but I can't remember the exact date that I replaced it. There was a safety recall years ago for the airbags, Honda replaced those under the terms of their recall sometime in the twenty-teens.
Body-wise, the rear spare tire cover has a tear in it. There is a minor dent in the rear door near the handle. There is no rust on the body, especially around the tire wells where rust is especially prevalent especially on older models. There is some rust on the hub caps, as you can see in the photos.
About the only problem that truly a "problem" is the alarm system. The alarm system works as intended, but it has a tendency to false alarm ONLY IF the vehicle is left unlocked. If it does happen, pressing the unlock button on the keyfob turns it off right away. Why it does this, I don't know, but it's not worth it to me to fix it and besides, it helps remind me to keep the car locked when I walk away.
Has OODLES of trunk space, and if you put the seats down, you can fit 4x8' sheets of plywood or insulation or whatever you want in there, at an angle. This is also the version with, for some reason, a removable picnic table under the rear trunk floor. No, really...it's a full-on picnic table with folding legs. It's fairly flimsy and made mostly of plastic, but I challenge you to name another car that comes with its own removable picnic table. I've never used it, but it exists. The catalytic converter, always a hotspot for theft, has some anti-theft stuff on it applied by the Saint Paul Police. Also, it's never been in any sort of crash or accident as long as I've owned it, and I don't think it was before, either, but I'm too lazy to check. :P
Asking $3,500 or best offer. Why am I getting rid of it? We bought a used Prius hybrid for my kid to learn to drive and the CRV is now redundant and taking up space in my garage, and I want the space back for other things.
